Who is Watching Your Pool?
The kids are getting out of school for the summer, and the weather is heating up. This will mean that there will be more residents and their guests utilizing community association swimming pools. Who is watching your pool? Do you have lifeguards or pool monitors? Have you considered the difference? Do you know the difference? Alex Noland, an Associate Attorney at Swedelson & Gottlieb, has written an article on this subject which was recently published in the O.C.
